I’m a Board‑Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) dedicated to providing comprehensive, compassionate, and culturally competent care. My practice is grounded in a holistic approach that honors each person’s unique background, values, and lived experiences. I support individuals navigating ADHD, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, substance use disorders, and PTSD, always considering the broader context of family, community, and society. I am deeply committed to promoting well‑being and addressing systemic inequities, including the impact of cultural practices on mental health outcomes.
